Built on childhood experiences of overcoming childhood hardship and poverty, Fred has dedicated his life to lifting others up — through AmeriCorps, the Arkansas Food Bank, Pulaski County, and the State Legislature, where he delivered on promises like building a new health unit in Southwest Little Rock.
